Puerto's Cinca Costera

The Oceanfront Boardwalk - is more or less 1/3 done. Now the stopped working on it, because the workers haven't been paid since month. Material is there to continue, but it looks like they already ran out of money … or it's gone.

Besides not even building it how the architectural plans have been shown, there's no entries from the walkway to the beach.

Also they forgot or just ignored the fact, that in rain season, the water coming from the landside will be dammed by the construction. Will they find a solution or just doing it the panamenian way and simply ignore - who knows …

We will see what comes next with the focus on the elections next June. Who's gonna be major and what will he/she do. Where the money is gone ? Will it be finished ? Lots of question, no answers yet. We'll keep you posted.
